Question 1

How quickly will I receive a private jet charter quote?

Accepted Answer

Our team typically responds with an indicative price within one hour during business hours. For complex multi-leg itineraries, it may take slightly longer as we source the best aircraft options for your route.

Question 2

What information do I need to provide to charter a private jet?

Accepted Answer

At minimum, we need your departure and destination locations, preferred date and time, and number of passengers. The more detail you provide — catering needs, luggage volume, special requests — the more tailored your quote will be.

Question 3

Can I book a private jet at short notice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specialise in last-minute private jet charters and can often have an aircraft airborne within a few hours of confirmation. Same-day bookings are subject to aircraft and crew availability.

Question 4

Are there any hidden costs in the charter quote?

Accepted Answer

No. Your quote includes a transparent breakdown of all costs — aircraft hire, landing fees, crew, catering, and any applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay.

Question 5

What are empty leg flights?

Accepted Answer

Empty legs are repositioning flights — when a private jet needs to fly to a new location without passengers. We offer these one-way trips at a fraction of the standard charter cost. They are available for a limited time and change daily.
